Warranty

We care deeply about the quality of our products and always do our best to deliver them in perfect condition. However, it may happen that an item gets damaged during transport or develops a defect. In such cases, you may be entitled to a warranty claim. By law, you must report the defect to us within two months after noticing it. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product for you free of charge.

We will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
