Finished shopping? Check your cart to ensure all items are correct, then click the "Order" button at the bottom right. Fill in all required fields marked with an *. Be sure to review and accept the terms and conditions before continuing. Follow the steps to complete your order.

We accept the following payment methods in our webshop:

  • Immediately (instant bank transfer)

After completing your order, you will be securely redirected to your bank to finalize payment. You will then automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

Delivery

Shipping rates within the Netherlands:

  • Letterbox parcel: €4.25
  • Standard parcel: €6.95
  • Insured parcel up to €100: €8.95
  • Insured parcel up to €250: €10.95

Orders over €60 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands.

Important Notice

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct shipping method and entering the address accurately. Additional shipping costs may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address details.

Delivery Time & Shipping

  • Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day (unless stated otherwise).
  • PostNL mailbox and parcel delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days, though it may occasionally take 3–4 days.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days. Shipments are not processed on these days.

We ship exclusively via PostNL. Delays may occur during holidays or trade shows; we notify customers in advance via pop-ups on the homepage and in the order confirmation. PostNL also provides updates for delayed shipments.

Pick Up at Conventions

Select "Pick up @ [convention name]" in your cart. Orders must be paid in full in advance. Bring your order number and name when collecting your order.

Delivery Issues

Occasionally, delivery issues may occur. Here’s how we assist:

  • Package not delivered?

Check your PostNL tracking information first. PostNL no longer leaves notes about neighbor or point deliveries. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us so we can investigate with PostNL. Investigations can take several days to a week or longer.

  • Package not collected at a PostNL point?

If the package is uncollected after 7 days, it will be returned automatically. If you want it resent, additional shipping costs apply: €4.25 for a letterbox package and €6.95 for a standard package. If you do not want it resent, we will refund your payment minus return costs (€6.95 per package).

  • Incorrect address entered?

Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, you must wait for the return. We will resend your order if the items are still in stock.

  • Package damaged or incomplete?

Please email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Photo of the outside of the package
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photo of the contents upon opening
  • Description of the damage or issue

Without these photos or a video, we cannot resolve the issue or provide compensation. We will assist you as soon as possible.
