Payment & delivery

Placing an order:

Are you done shopping? Then check your shopping cart to see if everything is correct and click the "order" button at the bottom right. To complete the order, a number of fields marked with * are mandatory. Then you go through the steps to complete your order. You must also accept the terms and conditions to continue.

Betalen:

We accept different payment methods in the webshop:

Ideal, mistercash, paypal, credit card, klarna, banccontact, sofort and bank transfer.

After completing your order, you will be redirected directly to your own bank via a link to complete the payment. You will then automatically receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Bank transfer:

After completing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order by email. In this email you will find the bank account number, to which you must transfer the payment. Do not forget to fill in the payment reference when transferring. Without this attribute, it may take longer to verify the payment.

Payment must be received within 7 (working) days after placing the order. After this your order will be automatically canceled.

Please note that it may take a few working days before we receive the payment on our account. The order will be processed as soon as the order has actually been processed.

Delivery:
Orders are only shipped via PostNL parcel post. After receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days on working days (from Monday to Friday and excluding Sundays and public holidays). We apply our shipping rule as far as possible: ordered on workdays before 4 pm, shipped the same day. If you order on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the order will be shipped the next working day.

The delivery time depends entirely on PostNL. Please take into account that the delivery times may be longer around conventions and fairs. On these days we do not have the option to send orders or process orders.


Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
We use 2 shipping rates within the Netherlands.

Mailbox package: €3,95
Parcel post: €5,95


Did you place an order for of more than €50? Then your order will be shipped for free within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs to Belgium, France and Germany
Parcel post: starting at €11,00 (above 2kg: €13,00)
Free shipment inside of the Eu on orders of €75 and above.

Delivery times:

We only ship via PostNL. We are not responsible for any delivery delays. Holidays can delay delivery time. If we are present at conventions, this can also lead to a delay in the delivery time. We do not have a shipping option on these days.

It may currently take longer to deliver. This is because there is currently a lot of pressure on PostNL with sending all orders.

- PostNL mailbox package within NL: approx. 1 or 2 working days
- PostNL parcel post within NL: approx. 1 or 2 working days
- Parcel post to EUR1 zone: approx. 3 to 4 working days.

If you place and pay for the order on working days before 16:00, your order will be shipped the same working day by us (unless otherwise indicated: for example, in case of a convention or not in stock.) Sundays and public holidays are not working days. We will then ship the order the next working day.

Pre-orders are only shipped when they are delivered to us from Japan. Earlier is niet not possible. For an indication of the delivery date, you can look at the relevant product. We are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of a number of orders from Japan due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As soon as we know more about the correct release date, we will also adjust this immediately with the relevant product.

Pick up @ a convention:

You can also pick up your order at conventions. Orders can only be picked up if they are fully paid in advance. If the order has not been paid in full, the order will also not be taken to the convention. In the shopping cart, choose the option "Pick up @ .............". We will then ensure that you can collect the order at the relevant convention. Make sure you have your order number and name ready for verification.

Be aware!

The customer is always responsible for choosing the correct shipping method. If no delivery can take place due to incorrect address details, new shipping costs must be paid for a new delivery attempt.
